By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
1. Definitions
The following terms apply throughout this document:
- Service refers to the platform, tools, and features provided by Selmurat accessible via selmurat.com.
- User refers to any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Service.
- Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access the Service.
- Content refers to any data, files, text, or materials uploaded, submitted, or generated through the Service.
- Company refers to Selmurat, the operator of the Service.

3.1 Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify the Company immediately at help@selmurat.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
3.3 Account Responsibility
All activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose, which includes accessing AR/VR product testing and debugging tools and related features provided by Selmurat.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the Service.
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Service without prior written consent.
- Using the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Service without authorization.
- Using the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its design, software, documentation, and content created by the Company, are owned by Selmurat or its licensors. These Terms of Use do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
6.2 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription or access period.
6.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any Content you upload or submit to the Service. By submitting Content, you grant the Company a limited license to process, store, and display that Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Pricing
Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All applicable fees are described on the pricing pages of the Service and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
7.2 Billing
By providing payment information, you authorize the Company to charge you for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges applicable to your use of the Service, excluding taxes on the Company's income.

The Company's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms of Use shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim.

16. Termination
16.1 By You
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to close your Account, you may do so by contacting the Company at help@selmurat.com.
16.2 By the Company
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if the Company reasonably believes you have violated these Terms of Use.
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with widely recognized arbitration procedures.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
